Any suggestions on a good vet open tomorrow? Looking for one that won't break the bank.
Barbara M. replied:
I've been going to Riverside since they opened there and to one of the vets when she had her own practice. They are open on Sundays 8:00 to 12:00. They are all really great vets and technicians. 978-373-6456
Marissa D. replied:
I use Dr Lagasse and Dr Owens
Barbara M. replied:
Dr. Ledoux is there also and he's great.
Mark R. replied:
There is also Angel Memorial Hospital in Boston . They are part of the MSPCA.
Kathy C. replied:
New England Vet Clinic in Salem (MA). They nursed our kittens from sickly stray newborns to excellent health. We trust Dr Ingram completely. She is from W Newbury but works in Salem.
Ann M. replied:
Muddy Creek in Rowley/Georgetown is open Sundays 8 - 3, the level of care is excellent.
Ryan T. replied:
Tomorrow I think you'll have to go to Bulger Animal Hospital in North Andover. But only the emergency department is going to be open.
Riverside Veterinary Center -- our dogs have been patients for 20 years.
Kim K. replied:
Dr. Owen, Dr. Ledoux and the rest of the staff are all great!

Main St Animal Hospital. 978 373-6460Excellent care. Don't go to Bulger unless it is an emergency. They wanted to do a very invasive surgery on my cat for the tune of $4000. He was there for 36 hours and it cost me over $2,000 for " lodging and tests". We got him out of there and over to our regular vet at Main St Animal Hospital. They charged 1/3 of that for a week! They saved my cat from an unnecessary surgery! They will take care of your pets well! Love Main St Animal Hospital!

We go to Waters Edge right on 97. Dr Barlow is wonderful!
Hello ! we have moved to Groveland just a couple of years ago My vet is down in Danvers I have been thinking about changing to Waters Edge or Riverside does anyone...
Kathryn S. replied:
Joann, I grew up in Groveland and used Waters Edge for several years even after we purchased a home in Methuen. With several pets it became difficult to commute (dogs) back and forth (especially when urgent). Nothing bad to say about them at all, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They actually referred me to the vet we currently use closer to home!!!
Rachel C. replied:
Riverside! Dr. Owen is the best!!
Sandra S. replied:
Riverside has been my favorite. Dr. Owen is the best!
Adrienne F. replied:
Bulger Animal Hospital in North Andover is where we go. They have 24 hour emergency service too.

I have gone to Waters Edge for years and very happy!!
Danielle R. replied:
I am very happy with the care my cats receive. I have also gone to Waters Edge and Bulger in N. Andover. I loved Bulger but it was too far for a stressed cat and very expensive. I did not care for Waters Edge, I found it to be a bit dirty.
Has anyone seen an all gray cat with green eyes? His name is Bruce - last seen on April 21st. We live on Center Street and he's pretty friendly so could have followed...
Christine G. replied:
so I got home just now, I live on the corner of Lanen Ave and Salem Street (not sure where you guys are on Center, it being a very very long road) and there was a grey cat in my driveway. We got out of the car and I called out "Bruce" and the cat meowed back at me, stood in the parking lot at Dr. Kowalski's office, and then my dogs started barking in the house so he got spooked and ran off. Not sure if this is your cat, but the "meow" back when I said Bruce made me wonder. He ran across Salem, into my neighbor's yard at 715 salem street. If you live on Center near Salem maybe this is him? Fingers crossed... and I will keep looking.
