I can tell you a good lock smith. He actually knows a lot of good contractors as well. Real good honest people. Mile Square 201-656-2444. Also good if you ever lock yourself out.

Check with local condo associations. I agree that Mile Square Locksmiths are awesome. We use Jetco for outside construction/repairs, Kook for plumbing, Hanson Roofing for roof membrane, Red Star for roof repairs and touch up, Metro Fire for fire systems.

Capitol roofing. They handle the everyday maintenance with my condo assoc. (flat roof) including ripping off the old roof and replacing with SIP panels. SOLID WORK. They have come out to handle private work (skylight and such) for me too.
