I know a dog isn't the same, but we ended up having to go to a vet in Williamsburg, because none of the places in Northampton were accepting new patients.
I need a Vet that isn't going to make me take out a second mortgage to use my dog as a science project! Thanks!

Dr Faircloth on Southwick Rd - U-30 Small Animal Clinic. He is the only one who touches our animals. Plus he is a niceguy and very knowledgeable

Pet House Calls on Russell road. Love them.

Salomon Brook vet in Simsbury! Amazing! Non VCA and they just truly care about your pets. So worth the drive!

Salmon Brook in Granby is where I bring all of my kitties. My parents bring their dog & cat there as well. We all used to go to Southwick Animal Hospital when Dr. Martinell owned it. Then VCA bought it & it became an expensive vet who does not care in the least bit about the well being of your animals. I had very bad experiences with VCA & lost my kitty because of them, another friend lost their dog. That place is awful!!

Love Dr. Klieber at VCA Southwick. She is the best.

Blandford Animal Hospital! They are awesome and very reasonable!

Salmon Brook Vet Hospital in Granby CT. Non VCA, several Vets, long hours, full service (X-rays, lab, boarding, etc) but most importantly, they truly care about all the pets and the owners.

Hi friends, can anyone suggest a good vet in the Holyoke/west Springfield/Northampton area? Specifically for a cat. More specifically for Leela who is my baby
Amy P. replied:
Wherever I lived in the valley I drove to Valley Vet in Hadley (on Rt 9). All the staff there is great, the facility is bright and clean, and the prices are competitive. They also are open into the evening. I did go to Holyoke Animal Hospital a time or to as well. The experience wasn't memorable - not horrible, not terrific. Hope this helps and that your kitty is okay!
