Hey, can you please post anon? I'm looking for a local therapist, someone I can talk to about my anxiety problems as I don't have a friend that I feel I can talk to...

Thanks Carleigh I'd be happy to talk this through with the original poster. You can check out what I do at www.straightforwardcoaching.com. But I'd also recommend Tracy, as others have, because hypnotherapy is great for anxiety.

Hi there. There is a study currently going on in Hove looking for participants-I think they're specifically looking for anxiety related problems. All you have to do is fill in about 4 very short questionnaires and you get 3 free sessions of a new technique. It's hypnosis and REM therapy. It's very affective. Contact jelena@innernation.co.uk to see if you fit the requirements of the study. I hope this helps you and others seeking help. X

Hypnosis does not work for everyone but if you respond to hypnosis there are some surprisingly simple solutions to anxiety. I use very direct methods in only a session or two, no matter how complex things seem and I do not charge if you do not respond to hypnosis. http://www.lifechangeexperience.co.uk/ I hope you find the right solution for you.

Thanks Sharon and Luke. As a hypnotherapist, anxiety is something I work with a lot. You can learn how to change the way you feel and learn how to move forward and be positive. Please feel free to message me or call me on 07748 594533 and we can have a chat with no obligation. Good luck with whatever you decide to do. x

Hi, I'm a hypnotherapist practicing from Findon valley in Worthing. All matters discussed are strictly confidential. My method is gentle and yet extremely effective. Please feel free to message me for my phone number or email me at info@sarah-broad.com. I charge £50 per session, sessions are not limited, they usually last between 1 - 1.5 hours. I look forward to hearing from you, Sarah broad DHP.

If you don't get any joy I specialise in anxiety and work from Lancing three days a week or London twice a week. Anxiety is completely workable with and I have testimonials. The Samaritans won't really help with anxiety. Time to talk may do through your doctor? And as is said it's free. I have had a lot of people recommended to me when time to talk either can't help, doesn't help or the waiting list is too long. Therapists charge anywhere from 25-80 locally and more in London. Depending on if they're a counsellor or psychotherapists and their approach too. Www.greymatterspsychotherapy.co.uk and I'm on Facebook too under grey matters psychotherapy. It also depends what you're looking for. As there are many forms of therapy. The counselling directory is a good guide as you have to be qualified to be on it and any therapist should be registered with an ethical body such at the BACP or their own body Hope that all helps. Deb x
Ladies question: I'm looking for a good therapist for facials etc. Not a sorbet but someone with their own small business who can advise me and do facials on sensitive...
Environ institute is fabulous. Marlize has been there for 10 years...the products are also very gentle and value for money.
