Most doctors offices keep a list of other doctors in the area who are taking patients. As well perhaps the Health Unit on campus has a list.

Dr. Pitre and Dr. Takacs at University Downs Family Practice are accepting new patients. They are both excellent doctors that I would recommend. Pretty much all of my friends go to one of these two. http://www.udfp.ca/your-health-care-team.html

Dr. Jugdave at Weber and Union is wonderful. She's very responsive and understanding, and up-to-date on her knowledge. I recently left Waterloo and I regret having to leave her practice. 100% recommend.
