I'm sorry to see this! I never like to see that happen! I am pretty handy and my wife and I built basically an identical set last year we got from Costco... It only took about a day to construct. So really there is no excuse for this landscaper! The slide was by far the most frustrating! I have hired a gentleman named "Jesus Dominguez" (903) 821-1565 to do all my landscape. He is honest, reasonably priced and efficient. Best of luck!
