I love Dr. Johnson in Flower Mound. But advise looking elsewhere. I love him so much that I've been a patient of his for 18 years. Unfortunately I can no longer get past the appointment desk. The past few years when I've been ill they can never see me or my husband. They open at 8;30 I call at 8:30 asking for an appointment and keep getting told there are none or the nurse will need to call me back. Yesterday they didn't call me back until 2:30 (six hours later) and by that time I already dragged my butt to CVS Minute Clinic. I am old school and believe in the personal relationship between doctor & patient but it doesn't seem to be the way most doctors now a days work. All the patients I met yesterday at the CVS Minute Clinic all shared the same thing about their doctors. Guessing these doctors make more money off of seeing healthy patients for yearly checkups and physicals then the ill ones.

Dr. Guy Vandell with Flower Mound Woman's Care is amazing! We've known people to leave the state and still do appts with him during visits! 6 day is good, offered various payment options if need be even with insurance.

Obgyn: Dr. Osborn - love her!!!!! Primary- ours moved never found a good one so I always used rapid med when sick Dentist- Dental Depot *I lived on the edge of HV and Lewisville so it might be to far out for you!

Stanley Franklin has been my OBGYN for 6 years. In fact I would rather go to him than my primary care doctor. We recently used My Dentist in Lewisville and they were very patient with my 5 year old ADHD over anxious son as well.

I can agree that Dr. Guy Van Dell and Beth Dickens are an AMAZING obgyn team! They delivered both of my babies and their entire staff is phenomenal and have ALWAYS been so very sweet to us. As for a dentist, I'm still in the lookout.

Not all Dr.'s are accepting new patients, Dr. Russell is new to Shepherd Health and is accepting new patients.

If people would try search first most wouldn't need to add another asking whats been asked already. It seems the majority of posts lately are the same thing. Stacy McLain is right, people stop commenting after doing it over and over. I've started posting a search result sometimes so the person can see that you can search and find recent comments and previous posts where a lot of recommendations have been made, buried and lost and many never repeated again.

There was a long thread about 2 weeks back with lots of recommendations. Maybe it was a different Flower Mound page I'm on? Dr. Romy Kaur on FM 407

I go to Dr. Pravong at Lifetime Family Medicine. I've been using her for over ten years and wouldn't go anywhere else. She is very thorough, listens and spends however much time you need. Never in a rush. She follows up on preventative procedures like mammgrams, flu shots, etc. to make sure you don't miss anything.
