Construction just started. Should be finished in December or January, but need to plan for everything. Paint, window treatments, and a few pieces of furniture. The home will back up to Greenbrier and there is a model almost identical to it in another subdivision to view now. Mine is a 2,500 sf ranch with a full walkout basement (the model doesn't have a basement). Exciting! I will wait another month and then call a few. Thanks!
