shared it to a group I know who deal with dogs with seizures maybe one of them would take him. Good luck. Call local rescues too. There's one in Lincoln called Nebraska No Kill Canine Rescue google their number. Also try 402-706-7313. Another rescue this is homeward bound in the heartland.
Husky owners, what vet do you take your dog to? I'm adopting a husky in a couple months, and I need a vet nailed down before we get her.
Ssquach66 replied:
We don't have a husky but we use Vondra for our two dogs.

I'm not sure there's a vet in Lincoln that specializes in huskies but a ten second google search got me [this](https://m.yelp.com/search?cflt=vet&find_loc=Lincoln%2C+NE)

Capitol Animal Clinic is the first vet my dogs are actually excited to go to when I take them. They offer financing options if you can't pay all at once. They're super friendly and professional. I really don't think I ca recommend anyone else.

I take Tucker to Dr Oxley at Companion Care Vet Clinic. The way he interacts with Tucker you would think he's his dog. Been going there since we got Tucker, so just over 3 years.

All Feline has done well for me. I usually see Dr Knudsen but after she was unavailable one day and one of my cats saw Dr Arnold I almost feel like asking for her now. They're both great, but Dr Arnold was so calming my normally screaming cat was very quiet and handled the visit well.

I’ve taken all of my animals to Clocktower Animal Clinic for many years and the vets there have been wonderful. They are affordable and were even willing to do house call for our elderly cat that didn’t travel well. They used to be at 70 th and A but moved to 70 th and O a few years ago. I would also highly recommend All Feline. We have brought several feral cats there to be spayed or neutered through the cathouse TNR program and they also provide top notch car for cats. Good luck with you kitty! It makes me happy when people adopt older and senior cats.

Our senior cat (miss you, you grumpy old fuzzbutt) was a patient of South Ridge Animal Clinic. The folks there are very compassionate.

Might have to switch to Pitts. I've been going to Belmont and they do a great job, but they seem pricy.

I've taken my boy to Wachal Pet Health Center on West O for the past 17 years. They're very kind, they work with you to get the care your pet needs but also what you can afford. They have senior discount month in I think October? So it sucks you missed that, but yeah, I love that place.

My partner and I take our cats to Pitts, on highway 2 (near Hi-Way diner). I've always been impressed by their expertise and I think the cost of treatment is fair. They're also *very* patient with our cat who can be an absolute terror at the vet sometimes.
