Linda, I had no idea!!!! I don't tear collars!!!! A button maybe once in a while, but HEH, if I return a garment with a broken button you get $5!!!!! for the broken button!!!! The worst thing I've done is to say "yes" I can pick up on tomorrow and return to you on the day after next. I have also delivered someones garments to the wrong house, so embarassing, but I did give a full refund to both customers. From now on I only pick up Tuesday/return Thursday. We do over 20 colors a day at the plant and in the business that means 2000 garments a day!!!! It's a lot, we have 17 people working to keep your garments clean, pressed, and looking good. Also, don't let me stop talking about Gloria Osiorio. She is from Columbia and is our resident seamstress. I gave her a digital camera about 4 weeks ago and she is taking pictures before and after on alterations. I am trying to get the camera back and then post the pictures for you all to see. She is amazing, purses, backpacks, sleeping bags, straw purses from the Bahamas. Amazing stuff. She needs her own reality show for the stuff she does for me.
