Steve Mosher is on my roof now. Verdict is a leaky ridge vent. Apparently there's screws and other stuff involved too, so I'd rather not be the one to fix it. His price was very reasonable, so I told him to go ahead and fix it now since he's here and can do it. Thank you all for the referrals!
