Debbie, just FYI be careful...I had a lot of "helpful" comments and people from when I was looking for help. 100% of them wasted my time and made the process take much longer. Its nice to want to trust people, but unfortunately I didnt find anyone useful in the realtor or mortgage markets off of the fishhawk blog. You may want to go through Angies List out of Ocala.

oh yeah, i might have a 1800 ft house in Tanager that will be around $1800 and the smaller one across the street (the ones i sent before) STILL haven't closed on them...but the final stuff is apparently coming through. i have 2 others for rent now, they were both listed on realtor.com. One in Bridgecrest and the other in Tanager. When others get a closing date, I'll let you know. THANKS
