For Pilates there is one lady in the area that is "go to" woman. She teaches mat Pilates at Karma Yoga Monday night 5:30 and wed am at 9 am her name is Tamie. She also has a studio and teaches classes/clients on the reformer as well. Megan and Nooie who own Karma Yoga/Karma Fitness train in their own training studio next to their yoga studio by Riverhills. They can give you Tamie's info if you need it.

I also just found out that Julie Ashlock of B fit 4 Golf/Massage by Jules has boot camp (for those of us who my may not have worked out in a decade .) Plus she will be offering a new Pitaiyo - Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga program. The closest you can get this new program, other than Jules is Fort Myers.
