I & many of my neighbors loved John Ford. He showed exactly on time, I mean on dot for the estimates ( for myself & neighbors) and he was lower than everyone. He paints himself (he said he loves to paint) and hand rolled everything. He took 3 days to complete my 2000+ square house but I didn't even know he was here. Just remember whoever you choose compare apples to apples anyone can slap up a coat of paint and call themselves a painter. What kind of paint, whatnot spins done and so forth. Cheaper isn't always better. Just make sure they are licensed

For a single story 2000 sq foot home bout $1870. This includes power wash of driveway and sidewalk, caulking all windows and sealing all cracks in stucco. They use Sherwin Williams SuperPaint - cost goes up to use thicker paint because they need more p aint to cover the home - takes same amount of time. I opted for thicker paint.. ran me an extra $200 to $300 I think but I thought that was worth it…. had one home with a LOT Of cracks in stucco and water was getting into the bedroom on one side. The paint is what keeps the water out!
