I had to relocate to the east coast for 6 years and didn't want to sell my downtown condo and didn't want the hassle of managing a rental 2,500 miles away. I got hooked up with M&A Management 2166 West Lomita Blvd. in Lomita...It was the best $100/month I spent...if something needed fixing or replaced, they handled it on top of collecting rent and taking care of an unfortunate eviction (that's where I needed help...hard to recruit good tenants!).
