if you're in the US I could give you a pretty long list of places! I'm pretty sure they all will ship outside of the US, but you'll just have to pay more in shipping.
Knitpop - they have super fast shipping inside the us and great prices!
Sincerely rylee - lots of great sweater knits and they have great sales as well, they usually have a 'dotd' which is usually 2 different fabrics on sale every day!
So sew english
Girl Charlee - I've only gotten one thing from there, not super great quality, but not terrible either
Bow button
Sly fox
I'm also in a ton of custom fabric groups on Facebook. Customs are a little more expensive, usually around 20-30 USD per yard of cotton Lycra and French Terry, a little less for woven if they offer it in that base, but it's SOOOO worth it, it's great quality fabric and so so so cute! Pre-order is usually a few dollars less than retail and retail isn't always a guarantee since it sells so fast! Here's a list of some of them!
Wonderground - my favorite! They also have great quality solid cotton Lycra
Pink Zeppelin
Mily Mae fabrics
Jade Penny
Affordable fabrics and more
The knit panel konnektion - they are outside of the us but I don't remember where
Elevated fashion fabrics
Hissy fit Fabrics
Oh so pretty custom fabrics
Threaded candy custom fabrics
Moon beam after dark - they have adult rated fabrics and they are awesome!
Kammie Lou lou's custom fabrics
Total eclipse of the stitch
TBK
Zenith and quasar fabrics
The geek garden
Panel mania
Firefliez fabrics - I've heard some not so great things about them lately, but I've never ordered from there, so just use caution
Tangled threads
MK designs - another of my favorites!!
Rockerbye
Wanderlust
Backstitch
The fabric cottage
Raspberry Creek
Smoogie
Fabric anthropology
I know I skipped over a few on my list of groups, but that's the majority of them! They all have Facebook groups you can join! If you are on FB and join them, I would also suggest joining the B/S/T groups, not all have them, but many do!
I'm also in many fabric destashing groups, custom and non-custom, those are great ways to get great fabric for a little cheaper than retail from a store!
There's also a group called 'fabric scams & information group' which is a great place to find info about either people selling in a destash that scam people and sometimes even groups that have bad people, just a really informative group!
I hope this helps!! Happy sewing!

Fabricmart Fabrics (Pennsylvania) - great value and selection. 80% of my sewing stash is from them (garment sewing.) For higher end fabrics, Michael's Fabric/The Fabric Place out of Baltimore, Emma One Sock, Elliott Berman Textiles (NYC). Mid-range, the Fabric Shop (New Zealand, they had a shop in LA up until last year) for beautiful wools, silks, other natural fibers, Farmhouse Fabrics. I've purchase stuff from all of these places and they are usually my go-to stores.

i like [fatquartershop.com](https://fatquartershop.com) and [fabric.com](https://fabric.com) :D FQS has a lot of good precuts and kits. [fabric.com](https://fabric.com) has good prices and HUGE selection. i also like [fabricempire.com](https://fabricempire.com) for non quilting fabrics but honestly they might have great quilting fabrics, i've just never looked. i like that they'll send any sample for a buck.

For quilting cottons, I really like The Fabric Candy Shop. They have a retail website, and they run a Facebook group where they do a lot of preorders (so you pay up a front and then receive your fabric later, but I think the price is usually a little lower than retail).

Someone already mentioned [Fabric.com](https://Fabric.com) which is good for a wide range of fabrics. I'd also recommend [lowpricefabrics.com](https://lowpricefabrics.com) and Fabric Bubb. The latter site is good for trendy and designer quilting cottons, but they also have some flannels, linen and canvas.
Suggestions on getting my couch pillows and cushions reupholstered? Thanks.
