There’s a pediastric Gastroenterologist above Rayan pharmacy on budaiya road. I can’t recall his name though. I wasn’t happy with him as he prescribed a billion tests with absolutely no results. I’d go for high fiber diet. Lots of water (diluted fresh orange juice, fresh prune juice), leave skins on the fruit and veg, cut out all white foods, potatoes white rice white pasta white bread etc. go for whole grain/brown. Cut out all sugar/cookies/chocolates. Lots of running around. I know it’s really hard to make such drastic change but try to embrace it as a family. Maybe get a friend to bribe her(if you do this for 2 weeks I’ll buy you your favorite toy) If you try all of this and it fails pay the doctor a visit. I heard Dr Han in Awali is a really experienced pediatrician.

Consult with the team of Dr. Najah Zayani Clinic, it’s located within Bahrain Specialist Hospital. Dr. Najah and her team are excellent. The only problem is that to get appointment for Dr. Najah you have to wait at least 3 months. I would highly recommend Dr. Kiran from her team and if necessary she will consult with Dr. Najah. Good luck! Don’t wait if you feel you have tried enough.

Have you been to Awali Hospital? Tell them it's an emergency. Our family see Dr Garrett - an Australian Dr who can refer you. There's also Dr Jenny who is a British GP at Awali and they also have a specialised paediatrician. All the best - we know what you're going through.
