As far as I know there is still no hospital in Bahrain that does water birth.. But if you are looking for a great hospital then try King Hamad Hospital. Dr Malas is excellent.. When we moved from Dubai to Bahrain we used GAC. Can highly recommend them.

Water birthing is not possible in Bahrain. I will deliver in April in Bahrain Specialist and my gynecologist is very open to hypnobirthing. I would recommend you to get in touch with The Nurtury as they can help you with best suitable hospital.

Which ever OB you see, my honest advice to you is to see a professional radiologist (e.g Dr Hermenia ) for all anomoly scans starting from 12 weeks. Do not rely on OB, do not rely on Fetal Medicine. We had a very bad experience in Royal Bahrain where TWO doctors were unable to catch very important things with the baby!!!! PM me if you want more details

The most helpful remedy is sitz bath.....in a tub not bath tub.....put a lot of table salt and put luke warm or as warm as u can handle mix it well and sit in this water for about 15 to 20 mints ......do it frequently.....min 4 times a day....trust me it does magic......at the same time u can see Dr Samah at at bdf hospitals GP clinic.....plz dont use any medication unless prescribed by the dr....
