Dr Malhotra IBH. Had huge problems with Achilles tendon and Plantar. The tiled floors don't help. Had lots of treatment and physio which really helped

Hi Kae I have been there ...went through the same ordeal some months back...orthopedic doctors will recommend painkillers, physiotherapy and some foot exercises.Did everything but only got short relief.After tons of research what finally worked for me was a night splint and Dr Scholls footwear .

Dr Manfred german orthopedic hospital ( same place as gulf diabetic center) behind salmaniya. I had the same problem but with physiotherapy for 2 months I dont feel the pain anymore ; they did manual massage and cure the inflammation. .

I suffered for years with plantar fasciitis and tried every doctor, therapist, exercise and treatment that anyone and everyone recommended. Finally the angel whose treatment gave me relief immediately and cured me of this painful affliction was Dr Malhotra at IHB. I have since then recommended him to others and all have been satisfied.
