If Valparaiso isn't too far away I highly recommend Valparaiso Animal Hospital! Dr Butler is the most compassionate veterinarian I have ever met. They also have a Free Vaccines For Life program and the boarding runs have heated floors so your puppies will always be warm in the winter! Griffith Animal Hospital, theyre very very good and very reasonable my family has been taking their pets there for over 20 yrs. the owner and vet has literally said that she never became a vet to make money only to help the animals

Hobart Animal clinic is really good i used to work there and i used to work the kennels the staff plays with your pet all the time and makes sure there cozy very nice place if you get a suit you can watch your pet on computer were ever you are.

Reeves Royal Acres just past Valparaiso off 30. She is a nationally recognized breeder and her daughter is a world recognized trainer and handler. Their facility is spotless and each dog has it's own indoor area with their own outdoor run. Additionally they are so good with dogs that they get to know your dog and pace them in play groups of similar temperament size and age. Then they will groom the dog before you pick them up. They are the only boarder I trust. It's on a small hobby farm and there is an entire fence in pasture just for the dogs to run.

Dawg Paradise in Westville. Each dog get their own suite with a tv. There's an indoor pool, play yard, two dog runs, and 24 hour supervision. You can even log on and watch your doggie cam to check in on your pet while they're boarded. At only $35/night I found its cheaper than most places with many many more amenities. My dog loves it there!!

Hobart Animal Hospital is awesome, like someone said they have video in the rooms and you can look online and watch a live stream. They also have tvs in the room with the dog. You can pay a little bit more to have your dog played and walked more often everyday.

I totally love Griffith Animal Hospital in Griffith. They do everything and have boarded and get my dogs there shots for over 20 years. The staff takes wonderful care of their animals.

Hobart Animal Clinic is great, you can tour the boarding facility and some of the dog suites have cameras that you can log in and see what your pet is up to.

The Animal Wellness Clinic off of 20/12 was amazing. I have a cat instead of a puppy but they were GREAT with him. He purred the whole time, even while getting 2 shots & getting his nails clipped. It was his first time there & he was one happy kitty!!

I use Michigan City animal hospital on the blvd for my two cats. I see Dr. Fairchild. She is very thorough and patient.

Dr. Bailey and his entire staff of other Drs and assistants are wonderful. We have used his services for over 12 years. He saved the life of my dog when a car hit her years ago. I wouldn't trust her to anyone else!

Michigan City Animal Hospital is great but pricey. I looked into Westchester, when I called the lady was rude and I refused to continue pursuing that. After reading the article, I'm so glad I didnt! I do take my pups to the Tractor Supply clinics on Saturdays in LaPorte for their shots tho. Very affordable for just that. Heard amazing things from friends about New Buffalo.

PNC Animal Clinic.

MC Animal Hospital is definitely not low cost. Additionally, even for longtime clients, they now literally bring the credit card machine into the room in which they will be euthanizing the animal to get their payment before they put the animal to sleep. If this needs to be done today, call PNC since they are open. Otherwise, New Buffalo Animal Hospital is another good option.

New Buffalo Animal Hospital is very good. We had to have one of our cats put down and they were very caring there and low cost.

We love All Creature Features. It's south of LaPorte. I have used Dr. Reed for years. He is truly a great guy. Buy his staff is super rude and you have to wait a looooong time.

Dr Reed at the Westchester Animal Clinic!!!! Love them!!! They are so kind and very reasonably priced!!! They're right across from the water park on hwy 20

Best price and very good vet is Dr Reed at Westchester Clinic, however, expect to wait even if you have an appointment. He is very busy. He really cares about animals, even has a small refuge on his property. He didn't charge 2 office visits when I brought in both dogs at once. I don't know his charge for neutering. There are occasional clinics that do it inexpensively. I'll try to find info if I can for you.

New Buffalo Animal Hospital is cheap and they are good. We only got charged $80 for Gojira's exam and shots. And we are planning on getting him neutered at ABC Clinic in Granger. It is $65 there. They'll also update them on their shots for an extra $20 at the time of neutering.

Dr Andersons feline reduction clinic is where I take my cats. He doesn't have a payment plan that I'm aware of and it's cash only HOWEVER his prices are extremely reasonable and to take the cat in would only be 25 dollars
