I love Maple City. Dr. Weiss can actually remember the names of my dogs that have passed away 5 years, she was there and cried with me when they passed and still remembers them. The staff there are equally wonderful !!!!!

I will be taking my featured creature to All Creature Features next Monday. Drop her off early am for grooming and then her yearly shots/exam and all things necessary. Pick up after lunch. The bill will be $220.00 They informed me of the total when I made the appointment. I like that.

I didn't feel like I was getting the care that I used to get and they seemed very uninterested in my pets. Never explained things very well and the vets were in and out. At All Creature Features they sit and talk with you and they explain everything in detail. Wonderful...WONDERFUL STAFF AND DRS!!!!

Unless you got a lot of money I'll stay away from the one on fail Road. They tend to give your dogs immunizations without your permission and then charge you for it. if you don't pay they send you to the collection agency. And I walked in one day and they had a muzzle on my little 9 pound dog. Which has never snip or bit anyone and after that every time he seen the door of the veterinarian's office he was totally frightened. I've changed over quite a few years ago to Laporte Animal Hospital on highway 2 my canine girls just love the doctor and the receptionist are excellent very sweet and polite. and they don't cost no more than any other vet that I have found. But just my opinion

Def try applying for care credit. If you get approved, You can use it right away. The only thing open today is emergency places. I hear Hobart animal hospital can help with financing. Only other place today would be PNC. If you do end up waiting till tomorrow, all Creature Features is amazing!!!!

It may be kinda far for you but Ark of the Dunes in Chesterton is amazing!!! Dr. Julie is absolutely phenomenal! And their staff is so nice. They really care about there patients and are really well priced!

Dr. Danielle at McAffee in Valpo. She's superb--and not just with the normal stuff. I had a mini dox develop an autoimmune disorder from a 3 yr. rabies shot. Her research and consultation helped us keep her in good shape for 5 years. As we knew it would, the steroids eventually took their toll. But autoimmune reaction would have taken her much sooner--and would have had a poor quality of life. She's super with my other dogs as well.

I have had the same problem with that vets office when I have had to use them as a last minute vet. It always costs an arm and a leg and they make you pay for things you don't need or want. I love Dr. Reed at Westchester. Reasonable prices and an a old school vet (which I like). The only downside is that you usually wait a long time in the waiting room

Dr. Larry Reed at westchester animal clinic. Its in porter but hes the cheapest I know of. He is really nice,knowledgeable and will explain any questuon you have. The rescue I volunteer with goes to him too. The wait time is long sometimes and the receptionists(a few) are kind if bitchy but its worth it.
