We are in need of a dermatologist. Does anyone recommend a good one in the Milwaukee area?
Laurie S. replied:
Dr. Yvonne Chiu at CHW is very good. Meghan saw her a few times for some miles she needed removed. We were able to see her at the New Berlin Clinic on Moreland Rd too which was nice. Easy in easy out. Beth Drolet is really good too but you may have to wait to get into her.
Phil S. replied:
Dr. Debra Scarlet CSM (Highly recommended by my wife the doctor who had a pre-cancerous lesion removed from her fore head)
Sara M. replied:
My skin breaks out when I've been eating too much grains (ex A - my post vacation complexion). Wheat Belly doc says acne can be related to higher blood sugars which can be brought on by higher grain intake.
Julie B. replied:
Dr. Marie Nakata--offices in Waukesha and Brookfield. Excellent doctor!

Ex-wife has a rare dermatological condition and once a long time ago I went with her to visit Dr. Ethington at Layton Avenue Dermatology ( http://www.laytonderm.com/ ) and he struck me as knowledgeable and kind and worthy of a recommendation.
Kari G. replied:
I go to Madison Medical. In St Mary's complex but not part of CMS.
Can I go see a dermatologist without insurance? an if so does anybody recommend one?

Tamberie J. replied:
I've seen Dr. Casterline, he is at West Allis Memorial, across from West Allis high school. He is ok, kind of fast. I don't like that so much. Talk to me a little bit. I am paying to be there.

Any recommendations for a dermatologist near-ish to Bayview? For extra goodness, one who also accepts United Health Care and can get me in before July?
Jeannette B. replied:
Ascend Dermatology on the corner of KK and Bay. Dr. Felenz cared diagnosed and treated my basal cell three years ago and they have been great. They accept United Health care and I referred a friend two weeks ago and she was able to get in a week later.
