I am on all plans except molina and aetna I believe. My staff is very knowledgeable as to that - and we make sure you are aware if I am in your insurance network or not. Feel free to email me should you have any specific questions - bmccartan@milwaukeefoot.com :0)

Strassburg sock by far!! Strongly recommend against cortisone injections as they can weaken connective tissue over time and lead to ligament tears. Also, Physical Therapists can help you treat this including giving you the correct stretches and soft tissue massage you need! Ask your doctor for a referral to PT.
