My trainer is not here anymore so I don't have a direct suggestion but if you need practice we are working through the exact same issues (reactivity but no intense aggression, never bit etc just sounds angry sometimes, needs a slow introduction then loves other dogs, etc.) with my dog and would be happy to practice with you!
