I really think a cold laser would also help, if you know anyone who has a 660 frequency or close. I would definitely get some sort of visual on what's going on inside the tissue. You could try Ace Acupuncture as well, he's an older acupuncturist from China, and is fairly medical in the way he approaches things. He has done a lot of work with famous athletes.
