[Oasis](http://www.88 moving.com/) is the cheapest one I have found, $110/hr for 3 guys and $90 for 2. They're pretty fast/reliable (I have used them 3 times). The one small catch is they might not speak a ton of English (they tend to be recent Chinese immigrants), but it isn't usually a problem. I've recommended them to a few people who do not speak 1 word of Chinese and they loved them. Edit: Oh they seem to be pretty well liked on [Yelp](https://www.yelp.com/biz/oasis-moving-company-san-francisco) too

I used Lugg! Had a great experience and the price was okay. Just remember that it's whatever fits in the van. I think there's a pretty big one you can get which should be fine
