Has anyone had success in suing a doctor who missed a Bartonella diagnosis? I finally found a doctor who tested me for it and it was positive, just as I knew it would...

Maybe you should write to your Attorney General?

John Lebo, that bridge is looking like a good place to jump. What's the point in living? Giving up essentially everything for a possible slight chance of getting better? Ugh...my doctor didn't put me on a strict diet cause I'm grossly underweight. He said everything in moderation, and I now know which foods trigger pain. I don't know what to do now? I'm not serious about the bridge plunge but some days it doesn't seem like a bad idea! Just very very tired and beaten down. I know you all can relate!

If you are not already a member join this group. We are helping people write up complaints to the DOJ using the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) under Title 11 and 111 just as the HIV patients did with success. It is not a lawsuit but a complaint, and in some cases but not all they will award money. Join the group for deeper explanation of the process. All are welcome and it will be totally free for guidance and assistance with the claims which will be sent all in one big blitz. https://www.facebook.com/groups/TBDLegalProject/
I need a reference to a surgeon/doctor for a hernia that has already had surgery several years ago and it is getting worse. My former surgeon has retired.

I highly recommend Dr Ahmad Fotovat. He is located in Trumbull on Rt 111. Wonderful doctor.
Carla M. replied:
Dr. Meinke. He's in Westport but worth the drive.
Jill M. replied:
I used to work at St Vincent's and Dr Fotovat is wonderful. Now I work at Norwalk hospital and hear great things about Dr Meinke as well.

Dr. Ramon Batson, based out of Danbury.

I second Dr Meinke in Westport. worth the drive to see him and his nurse MJ. I've had two surgeries with him. One major, one minor. Amazing guy. Head of Surgery at Norwalk Hospital. You'll be in great hands. Right off Merritt Parkway.
Kathy K. replied:
My surgeon Dr Famighletti retired but strongly recommended I use Dr. Margoulis in Danbury.
Jennifer D. replied:
Love Dr Fotovat, did my surgical rotations with him when I was in nursing school, worked at St. V's with him for many years and he has done surgery on me, all around a great man and surgeon, would trust him with any of my family members.
Can anyone recommend a pediatric gastroenterologist? Will travel for the right doctor if he/she can help my 6 month old son

Patty L. replied:
Dr Pierog in Norwalk, same office as dr Glassman
Monica M. replied:
Dr. Glassman is seriously amazing. I had heard from friends that most other pedi gastros recommend to stop breastfeeding; Dr. Glassman not only encouraged me to continue, but he also was a fountain of info re what I could eat, etc. My daughter had a milk protein intolerance, causing her to have terrible silent reflux. He takes the time needed with each patient, is incredibly patient, etc.
I wanted to thank all the fine folks at Sentara Urgent Care at Newtown in Williamsburg. I had to visit them early in the week and was examined by Dr. Dean. I can't say...
Sentara H. replied:
Dear Mr. Hanna, Thanks so much for sharing your kind words, we will share these with Dr. Dean. Hope you are feeling better! Have a great weekend.
