Donna P. replied:
I love the Village Veterinary Center. Dr. Bergmann is great. I adopted a little doxie that required heartworm treatment - I knew that when I got her. The treatment is nasty but Dr. Bergmann called to check on her progress, gave her pain medicine, and made sure she was as comfortable as possible. She is doing well, and that's all behind her.

We love The Village Vet
Ann C. replied:
One more note about The Village Veterinary...having lived a lot of places (and been to lot of vets), it is the least stressful waiting area, for both you and your pet, I've experienced. My impression is they are fairly spot on with their scheduling and at most there has been one or two other people/pets in the waiting area, and usually it is just because they are waiting to check out or pick something up.

I went through the vet search a few years ago when I moved here. "Interviewed" a couple of the ones mentioned here and ultimately ended up with The Village Veterinary. Wickford Veterinary (the one on Post Rd) would have been my second choice.
