Going to Adventure World for the first time. Taking a 4 year old. As I don't know much about the set up I was wondering whether I could supervise her closely in...
Perth K. replied:
M I think it would depend on the area. If you hang out in dragons kingdom you wouldn't need to get wet yourself except up to the knee as it's all about knee deep at the most. Pack a picnic rug or pop up shelter to sit on the grass next to that area. All the smaller kids rides are there too. You can see my blog from last year here http://outandaboutbmc.blogspot.com.au/2015/01/adventure-world-perth.html but the dinosaurs are gone now
Ashley M. replied:

J2: Boorogoon Orthodontic is fantastic. Been going there about 20 years and not had a problem. My issues were quite involved but even when I was first being assessed back when I was 12? I think, they were really good about making sure I understood what was happening and was involved with the decision making. Still go back every couple years for maintenance and they're just as good.
Fiona F. replied:

A asks:
Hi just wondering if any other mums who have been diagonsed with pnd have tried St John's Wort and if it has helped at all. My GP suggested it as an alternative...
Carmel R. replied:
N, just ask for a referral to a paediatrician for a review. The GP doesnt have to anything else. Can recommend Dr Lindsay Adams.
Stephen-Tania G. replied:
N: defiantly push for blood (or even urine tests, if your 3 yr old is still in nappy's dont stress they have ways to do urine tests too) to test his sugar levels, he could be a undiagnosed diabetic which can be extremely dangerous if left too long, which he could also have Celiac Disease (Gluten Intolerance which is more common in diabetics) which would explain his tummy aches! Good Luck!

Go get his blood sugars tested. this sounds like me before I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. No matter what if you feel something is wrong do not delay. Edgewater clinic 9300 0055. Even go to PMH and ask them at emergency they will treat you with respect and act if needed.

Nicole T. replied:
N: I had some similar issues with my daughter, I have seen numerous doctors including paediatricians, neurologists and GP's, this also involved a lot of sleep tests and ECG's which weren't that pleasant for my little girl. I finally went Hyman Medical in Ellenbrook and saw one of the doctors there who actually took the time to look up her nose and in her ears, throat and checked her chest to find out that she has extremely large adenoids and severe allergic rhinitis and that they needed to come out, seen a private ENT and they are due to come out in 2 weeks.......not bad, it only took 5 years lol. All I can say is go with your gut and see as many different doctors as it takes until you feel have achieved the best outcome, it may take a lot of years but it does pay off. If you can afford to go private for ENT, I would recommend it as it saves waiting for PMH:)
