Believe it or not Craigslist Free Section. Now hold on, I know Craigslist and Free sound like "Smelly Bedbugs" but Philadelphia is a young city with a ton of colleges. People are constantly coming and going, and some just don't want to throw out/sell their furniture. So you might get some good items at a cheap deal. There are also cheap ways of getting it delivered if you're creative enough. Good Luck to you. :)

Not sure about delivery, but Philly Aids thrift and Jinxed have a ton of rad stuff. Jinxed also advertises two guys who will deliver your purchase on the cheap. I am sure you could get them to get you stuff from Philly Aids Thrift as well.

Buckingham PA has a lot of nice shops with reasonable prices after you're done shopping they have really good wineries Buckingham Winery is my favorite and around that winery is where some of the furniture shops are
