https://pickedvintage.com/ Jen is amazing and has helped with quite a few things. Her show room is actually a house in Cherry Hill where everything is for sale. Since she's a picker you can browse her site but I find it best to just reach out to her and explain what you are looking for. She'll then show you what she has/schedule a private viewing for you where she gets peices ready. If she doesn't have it she'll be in touch when she comes across what you're looking for. After her, Mid Century Furniture Warehouse is my 2 nd favorite.

Philly Mag just did a piece on this: https://www.phillymag.com/life-style/antique-vintage-furniture-stores/?utm_campaign=later-linkinbio-phillymag&utm_content=later-14214449&utm_medium=social&utm_source=instagram
If you're looking for low cost and maybe not in amazing shape, I've personally had really good luck with Uhuru, particularly with heavy old pieces. Nothing mid century modern or anything like that. There's a Salvation Army in Manayunk that ends up with some nice pieces, but it's hit or miss.
If you don't mind a drive, try McLimans in Kennett Square: http://www.mclimans.com/. The store is huge and he's got a lot of great stuff. We got an absoiutely gorgeous dining room table and a really nice chair or around $600 or $700 together.

Thanks everyonr for the suggestions. I think we compiled a pretty good shopping list for Philly! I ended up rediscovering the antique mall on my mind. It's called Fleetwood by Reading, and we passed it on the way to Crystal Caves. Really big, solid collection of furniture on the 3 rd floor.
So I heard about a place called "Restore" for reclaimed materials. I'm looking for new sources and like the idea of using salvage as a good green building practice,...

Here is a related article a few years old that also mentions the Building Materials Exchange which I used a while back to get materials for a community art project. http://www.gridphilly.com/grid-magazine/2011/9/29/restoration-row-theres-a-material-reuse-revolution-going-on.html
