The only thing you should do is have a termite inspection, and if needed, termite treatment. The rest of those insects are part of the ecosystem and you dont need to erradiacte your whole yard of them. Surely if you notice anything wild going on inside the house, have it taken care of.

* Grubs - they make a thing you sprinkle on the yard to kill them * termites - yikes - get it inspected professionally * mosquitos - eliminate standing water * ticks - do you have deer, or lots of mice around? trees with lots of nuts? * spiders - leave them, they eat the other stuff * wasps - there's a spray that will kill a hive in minutes. they're aggressive little fuckers too. don't feel bad about it, just nuke em if you see the hive. pay attention to where they go. especially if it's in your roof or siding.
