My chiropractor is Greg Rodgers on Broad St. He is open some Saturdays but not all. My massage therapist is Tony Schmalz who works out of his home - evenings and weekends as he is also a firefighter. I've gone to them both for years!

I'd try massage first and If it doesn't seem to help go to a chiro. I go to Marc Fuller for massage. He is at university park massage and they have online booking which is super convenient. And I go to Dr. Fraser at airport health professionals for chiro....also very good.

I would recommend Jenna at Cathedral Sports Massage on 13 th. They have online booking, which is great. For chiro, I'd go see Dr. Darren Hector on south Albert. They are both wonderful! And I would say massage first, then chiro.
