Have you considered online therapy? U of R has free online therapy. It's part of a research project so you have to apply to be accepted so they may not have what you're looking for. They are very helpful. https://www.onlinetherapyuser.ca

I have seen Dustin half a dozen times as well. Really easy going guy to talk to, sound advice given, his schedule can be difficult to get booked into.
I recently started seeing Myron Wealr at Penney Murphy & Associates, as this firm is one of those provided by the Employee & Family Assistance Program through my employer. Myron has uncovered areas that no other therapist has. I feel like I am finally getting to the root/core of some issues that I've needed to for many years.
[This link](https://www.psychologytoday.com/ca/therapists/sk/saskatoon) will take you to a list of therapists in Saskatoon, trained at different levels.
Also, feel free to DM me, if you're wanting to bounce some ideas off me... sometimes we just need someone that will listen, to start.

I had a couple of sessions with Dr Philip Carverhill on Idylwyld Drive (covered through work); don’t know about the prices but I was very satisfied with the sessions.

When you contact any therapist's office, ask about a sliding scale. The hourly charge may be reflected based on your income.

I use Gryba Phillips Counselling, by SIAST on Idylwyld. Many counsellors, some with Saturday hours. My insurance has been covering costs, so I'm sorry I can not tell you their hourly fee. They've got a great receptionist though who will talk you through all the details. I hope you find someone who can help you cope with what you are dealing with. Good for you for knowing when to ask for help.

Dustin Reekie at Cadence is my go to. $165/hour, which is pretty close to standard across the city.
