They gave me a direct, professional and polite quote over the phone, a respectable price. The work was done by a very capable and professional workman who completed the job quickly. I'd work with them again if needed.

Brian is a one man show, and he is fabulous. He installed our opener as a contractor through Lowes. Our other door opener had always been wonky. We didn't say anything because he was contracted by the store to do an installl. When he saw it wasn't properly anchored, though, and the wheels were getting bent and it needed to be lubricated, we asked if he could fix it as well. He moved his next appointment up and did the install AND repaired the crappy install job of our other opener. He charged us about $50 for the repair. Totally professional, and he owns an 1870 s house--so he has a great appreciation of all things out of square and plumb.
