We used Tracey Door. Tim Tracey was great. They are a dealer for CHI doors which is a better door than Wayne Dalton, higher R value, better warranty and they were still 2 nd to lowest bid out of four.

Profetta garage Doors is great. I actually had the same issue, fixed it myself. Just needed to spray the tracks (both on the sides and the track along the ceiling) with spray lube. (I used sprayable white lithium grease) and it worked perfect after that.
