I just built a brand new 3950 square foot home. We built the home as we lived in Ct. We used Quality Homes of Port Charlotte and they were absolutely the best from the plans to the close. The owners Dean DeGross and Jim Weisberg are phenomenal to work with and their super on the job Bo Owens was the best. We made several changes especially towards the end and they just made the changes and moved along. We may be building another home down the road on the lot we just purchased next door and we would never think about using anyone else If you would like to see our house so you can see how Quality Homes builds their homes and the quality we be glad to show you ours. I have heard they our good, we bought a model from Quality Builders.

We used Trues Preferred Construction. I cannot tell you how absolutely happy we are with the quality of our home. Even other builder's contractors stopped by as we were building to say how Bill Truex is the best builder in the area. They pointed out things with our house to the one next door that was going up at the same time to show the difference. Seriously give them a call, you won't regret it. Eli and Bill Porter. Porter GC. We spent two years looking for the right area before finding Rotonda. We then took 13 builders and decided on either Peter Ide’s Vantage or Eli and Bill’s Porter Homes. Peter builds beautiful home and was very impressive. It was a tough decision. Porter won out because of their models and openness. Absolutely willing to do what it takes to make it yours. You won’t go wrong with either. Like everyone else. Just my opinion.

Results Builders is building a house for us and they are great. Builder is on site every day.

I've heard and seen good things from Hamsher Homes..... Also, Adams Homes had some legal issues and I believe Mr.Adams was found guilty in court about something business related a few years ago so you may want to avoid them.

We moved from Northern Minnesota last October and had action movers out of Minneapolis, they are with Atlas Van Lines and stored our furniture until January when our home was ready. Wonderful service. I'm sure Atlas would have a company in Maine. We just called when we got in. Good luck
