Give Precision Overhead Garage Door Service a call and any one of our service text would be more than happy to help you get your door back up and running properly. Also if you absolutely need to get out have someone push the button to open your door with the opener and lift up on the door to help the opener lift your door. If you pull your red emergency release handle more than likely you will not be able to open your door as the Springs are your counter weights and pull your door open. Joe- Precision service tech
