I have been using iStorage on Gasparilla since July. It is gated you need a code to get in and out and the lady that runs the office patrols the grounds. For movers I don't have any local, but I have moved several times in the past few years in Florida and have always used 2 Men and a Truck and have always been satisfied. https://istorage.com/self-storage/florida/istorage-gasparilla

We moved from Northern Minnesota last October and had action movers out of Minneapolis, they are with Atlas Van Lines and stored our furniture until January when our home was ready. Wonderful service. I'm sure Atlas would have a company in Maine. We just called when we got in. Good luck
