I never found a decent one in the three years i've lived here. I would just avoid Austin gastroenterology. The doctor I had didn't listen to a word I said and nothing really helped my ulcerative colitis

I wish I had recommendations as well, but only bad experiences...
CPAhole replied:
I highly recommend Dr. Benjamin D. Havemann. He is a younger doctor and is a great listener and communicator. I was referred to him by a Dr. that uses him. I saw him in Lakeway, but I know he practices at various locations around Austin.

I went to Julie Neighbors to help me with my ulcer and endoscopy that I needed as a result. She was very nice and helped me understand exactly where my ulcer was and how to fix the problem. I would recommend her any day. She is a Physician Assistant but she practices under a doctor who performed my endoscope. http://www.austingastro.com/why-choose-ag/staff.aspx#julie-neighbors.aspx

Jennifer N. replied:
Like i told Ashley, I work for the largest orthopedic practice in central texas (and that is the type of doc you need to see). We have locations in Round Rock, Cedar Park, NW Austin, Central Austin and South Austin. Let me know what location....i can tell you what doc to see. And you can call 439-1001 and they will get you scheduled. Great docs, i wouldn't send you to anyone i wouldn't see myself.
Ana Y. replied:
See Dr. Bergin at TX Orthopedics. Love her and Chad! Both Amanda and I have seen her.
