I practically live in the hospital from migraines and sinus infection do the sinus rinse with the pre measured saline packages and I have to take anti biotics to decongest but the saline has helped my nose and naso nex work better so take Zyrtec T bedtime Nd rinse everyday or use saline ocean spray I'm always in misery but that's texas weather for you one day hot one day cold Nd windy I'm so tired of being tired Nd sick the Dr to go to is Dr Dilley he was highly recommended
