There are not a lot of designated prenatal classes, but there are lots of regular classes that are prenatal appropriate. Pure Love Yoga has a prenatal class on Saturdays and Align Pilates Center in SJC has at least one a week in the evening. I'm a prenatal yoga teacher and those are the classes I attended while pregnant. I'm not currently teaching in studios, but I do still teach one on one and small groups.
