I'll echo Chito's for shoes. As for ring re-sizing, I don't know anyone in North Park, but Gilmore Family Jewelers on Newport is great. Even though they're not in NP they are a small family business that's been around about 30 years, and they exude "San Diego" to the core! Great people & quality.
