Check out Piedmont Springs on Piedmont Ave. in Oakland. They have secluded outdoor hot tubs, a steam room, etc. and provide massage services as well. Soak for an hour then follow it up with a nice long massage -- heaven!

Lafayette Park Hotel and Spa is nice. If you're willing to trek to San Francisco, Nob Hill Spa at Huntington Hotel is nice too. If you really want an experience, drive north to Sonoma and try Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and spend the whole day enjoying their amenities.
