Hi Taylee! St Pete is a pretty large city. Our area covers the northeast side of St Pete, though we have had some members move to other areas. I live on the west side and my area is great. Some safe of the neighborhoods over here are Old Pasadena, Lake Pasadena, Eagle Crest, Azaela, and Jungle Terrace. I use Dr Lori McAuliffe and am very happy with her. We have a "lottery" for fundamental and magnet schools, which just ended so your only option would be your zoned school or private school. You can check out greatschools.org for ratings in the area. Preschool prior to 4 is private pay and VPK (head start) starts at 4. There are probably thousands of providers in the area and there is always a good one within a short drive. So, please contact us again when you move and we would be happy to help you with anything else! -christine

Can anyone recommend a letting agency/property management company in Dundee that doesn't suck?

For the love of god, avoid Land of Enchantment. They took my entire >$1,000 deposit when I left the place spotless. I'm going to have to take them to civil court. I had a good experience with Imperial Group.

Stay AWAY from T.A. Russell and Co. They rent a lot in the UNM area. The building I rented turned out to be entirely infested with bedbugs and apparently had been for years according to the other tenants. I reported it to them numerous times (I had to spend over $1000 replacing my bed and office chairs and other personal property as well as buying preventative items like bed bug covers) and they only came in and sprayed some pesticide. They never took the complaint seriously. The only way to get rid of bedbugs is by spraying the entire building all at once. They're a serious issue! Since they live in the walls and live on blood, it doesn't matter how clean your place is: they travel and find a way. They refused to do anything. When I left they CHARGED ME for expensive bug removal as well as a bunch of petty charges that they shouldn't. Kept my entire $600 deposit, and said I owed them $45 for key replacement saying I never left them the keys when I went into their office and dropped them off with the secretary just like how I was told to do. There was also a host of a whole bunch of issues.

I rent from a lady who owns a few houses in the UNM area. you can rent the whole place (if youre rich!) or just a room. she doesn't live in NM so its pretty chill. its nice here walking distance to unm and food stores and a couple restaurants.

I've rented with Tyson Properties before, they've always been professional, prompt to fix things, and good about notifying well in advance for visits, overall a positive experience.

Are you looking to rent, or are you looking to hire a property manager for your property? Either case, I can recommend a good company for both.
