Hi Taylee! St Pete is a pretty large city. Our area covers the northeast side of St Pete, though we have had some members move to other areas. I live on the west side and my area is great. Some safe of the neighborhoods over here are Old Pasadena, Lake Pasadena, Eagle Crest, Azaela, and Jungle Terrace. I use Dr Lori McAuliffe and am very happy with her. We have a "lottery" for fundamental and magnet schools, which just ended so your only option would be your zoned school or private school. You can check out greatschools.org for ratings in the area. Preschool prior to 4 is private pay and VPK (head start) starts at 4. There are probably thousands of providers in the area and there is always a good one within a short drive. So, please contact us again when you move and we would be happy to help you with anything else! -christine

Anyone knows a good private school? From preschool to high school....
Shirley G. replied:
Cornerstone is not good. How about you pick a preschool for Nicky first, then go to a school from kindergarten to high school? St. Thomas is a good pick, I suggest.

If you're looking on the west side, First Presbyterian in Santa Monica or Branches in Culver City. My mom used to teach at First Pres and is now at Branches. Also, let me know if you want to talk to her - she knows a lot about LA preschools.
