Hi Ladies, is there a fresh juice-making business woman in here? Or one who makes healthy food for delivery, pick up or catering? If so, I'd be interested in talking....

I've taken names down and saved this post. I have lots of ideas for partnering with healthy drink/snacks, but here's what I'm thinking about events> --Events for 2016 (I've no more live events this year) --Would like to know who does juice, who snacks, who does both --Who is into any possibility for promotional drink/snack offering at an event vs who is in for payment only (financial compensation) vs. who would maybe do trade I'm interested in all three....... My email is fosterandflo@gmail.com feel free to contact me with any responses you have to my thoughts.

Miguel S. replied:
Maria Mouk, no early morning classes over there:(. Shana Fong, yes, those are my peeps and they DO have early morning classes..
Maria M. replied:
ps: Yoga Tree does have classes at 6 am on http://www.yogatreesf.com/classes/schedule.html
Anjelika B. replied:
I go to Yoga Tree Hayes mostly. many teachers there don't play music. also I would say you don't advance your alignment at Urban Flow, but rather practice what you already know and really improve your endurance. I like trying new teachers, new yoga styles. I am still a big fan of Iyengar yoga, no other styles focus on alignment on that level. Yoga Garden is also good, they have Iyengar classes. I mean, we are in SF. There's probably 3 yoga studios on each block you can find what you like!
