We really like North Scottsdale Pediatrics. They have two locations! We see dr. Siegal and Dr Engel. We have also seen a lot if the new doctors for sick visits and have been really happy there. 480-860-8488

We really like Paradise Pediatrics and we see Dr. Sara Kertz. My sister was a pediatric nurse at Scottsdale Shea for years so she got to know many pediatrician a in Scottsdale and see them in action. She always recommends Dr.Sotelo and now takes her son there.

We go to Phoenix Pediatrics at Tatum/Union Hills and have been very happy with them.

Scottsdale Children's Group, Lucas has been going there since newborn he's 11 1/2 yrs now. Circumcision with Dr. Morfitt she left, Dr. Garrett for loving, caring and takes her time, but all the docs there are great. 2 locations Shea and 74 th st or Osborn and Miller by Scottsdale Osborn Healthcare Hospital.

We go to Dr. Curran at East Valley children's pediatrics. It's in Tempe but he's GREAT. He's the head doctor at Cardon Children's hospital too.

Definitely North Scottsdale Pediatrics. We love Dr. Cesal, Dr. Petranu, and Dr. Fischler. We have seen a lot of the other doctors as well, they are all great.

We go to Dr. Kaye at Scottsdale Pediatric Center. They are simply amazing. One of the docs even gave me her direct cell number one weekend when my daughter was so sick. Best care.

No. I have dr Kanagal taking it- they told me it was a 60 yrs old and older plan but it just started taking kids. I take all my kids in care automatically to Dr. Kanagal so didn't think much of it when she said she took it. I've needed so many authorizations from the ins co that take 2 weeks to be approved. Our needs have been a gastroenterologist, Option 1 formula services for allergies and Avella pharmacy. If you can change it at all I would! I have 2 other kids on united with no ins problems at all. DR Patel does take Healthnet access which is an AHCCSS plan.

I don't want to sound rude Andrea.. But you need to run from HealthNet Access. Dr Kanagal does take it..but no one else in the valley! Not even Phoenix Children's Hospital. My kiddo is in foster care and his case mgr missed the cutoff date to change it by three days-we can't make any changes until Jan 2015. If you can get United or Mercy care-you'll have no problems with anyone taking them. Healthnet jut started taking kids so you won't find any pediactric providers. It's been a nightmare.. Id hate anyone else have to go through what we are.

You have a Health Net hmo...not thru AHCCCS. I just had this for us and Dr. Kaye did take it. However, the coinsurance was huge, so I switched to a BCBS plan. Scottsdale Pediatric Center will take it though.

We see Dr. Jennifer Gerlach at North Scottsdale Pediatrics. We love her and have been seeing her since our youngest was 2 days old (he's 4 now). All the doctors are great (the few times we had to rush in for sickness and she wasn't available), and the staff is always courteous and patient.

I love Pediatrix at 21 st ave & Happy Valley! We see Dr Nemivant, but when he is not available the other doctors and PAs are awesome as well. He has been Lauren's pediatrician since she was two.

If he was my son I would take him to Arizona asthma and allergy for his asthma. They will be much more thorough and knowledgable and help you with an asthma action plan/his triggers etc, they are experts with medications when things aren't working etc. I liked pediatrician (I worked with him as a resident at maricopa years back he is also with Pediatrix off of happy valley (Norterra area) his name is Dr. Mitra.

I like the Walk-In clinic at Lake Pleasant & Happy Valley in strip next to Squid Ink/Rubios/Subway. But ur asthma thing...idk. Looks like u have lots of options!

Brittany Brunet See Dr. Boesel ( Kevin Boesel ) at Arizona Asthma and Allergy. He is extremely wonderful with Children, an active CCV member, patient and takes him time. They are excellent with Asthma. Not a pediatrician recommendation but maybe a good specialist for your son! You will NOT be dissappointed!

Thanks for all the suggestions. We ended up going back to Great Destination Pediatrics. We are actually with the same doctor Jacob had years ago. I've also got Jacob scheduled with the Asthma doctor. Sounds like we are moving in the right direction.

Dr. Shepherd at Great Destinations...near 75 th Ave. & Deer Valley.

We see Dr. Shepherd at GDP (like Carrie) and we also see Dr. Prentice there. We see Dr. P most of the time and she is fantastic with my daughters asthma. We usually get in right away when it's important and with a few days to a week when it can wait. Dr. Shepherd is just as good:)

We also saw Dr. Caplan on Shea. She was critical in helping resolve the feeding issues we faced with Joey and did a frenectomy because he was born tongue-tied. She's also very engaged with each and every one of her patients, prompt with appointments, and doesn't rush Moms out of the room just because your time is up.

Love Dr. Kopas! He's at 1 st and River so about a 25 min drive from OV but soooo worth it to have a godly physician who looks at your child as a whole...physically, emotionally and spiritually. He gives biblical advice when you ask questions about parenting and behavior, prays over his patients at the end of appointments...totally love all the docs in that office too and get great care no matter who we see!

Dr. Sabrina Dhanjal at Protection Plus Dental on 75 th and Glendale is absolutely wonderful. I was in desperate need of a root canal and my dentist couldn't get me in for a week even though it was an emergency. I got an appointment with her the day I called and the root canal the same day and it was beyond affordable. She also does payment plans if needed and discounts too. She really is the best smile emoticon

I agree on Dr Mousser, he is nice but I've only worked with him years ago in hospital. But I personally love my ped, Dr Norm Saba at Pediatric Medical Associates. A ton of the peds and PICU nurses I work with take their kids to him too. He is in the east valley though. He is great!!

We use Dr. Saba. He is the director of the PHX Childrens Hospital Pediatrics too! Super nice guy. Pediatric Medical Associates.

We have been going to Dr Padrez at Pediatric Associates (Northern & 16 th St). The group attends Banner Good Sam and almost all of the docs went to UA Med. Since my hubby went there we made some assumptions about their training, which made us comfortable.
