There have been a lot of little things we have needed to address in Kathy and Freda's houses. Deric (I forget his last name - I have him in my contacts as Deric Handyman) has done a great job at very reasonable rates. He seems willing to take on all types of tasks. I believe his wife works, or has worked at Bethel. I will message his contact info.
