Minka Djurasevic of course! The blankets and basic props I got from yogaaccessories.com but you need good bolsters. I would recommend hugger mugger or manduka. Manduka has really soft fabric but hugger mugger holds their shape :)

I asked the yoga teacher Liz-Marie, and she said "yoga is the breath, anything else is a bonus." So yes, suitable for all. Yoga therapist should have at least 10 years experience tho and be a member of the CNHC. X
